All services require a non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. The amount is applied to services received. In the event of a client not receiving services due no-show or cancellation, the client agrees to waive the retainer and be charged full price of service. All clients are required to reschedule or contact the service provider in a timely manner (at least 24hours) prior to appointment time to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation without a rescheduled appointment results in payment forfeiture.
If a client is more than 15mins late to their appointment, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the appointment as a no-show and in order to reschedule the appointment you will need to book on the site again and pay a new retainer.
